For New Patients
Office Visits
Appointments for new patients and others who have a new problem or have not been seen for more than a year are generally scheduled for 30 minutes. Follow-up appointments are 15 minutes. Our physicians try to stay on-time as much as possible, given the unpredictable nature of medical care. We appreciate your patience when there are unavoidable waits and delays.
Patients are requested to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time, and to bring a current list of medications. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us in advance so that we may offer it to others. Our automated reminder system calls 2 days before your appointment.
When calling to schedule an appointment, please have your insurance information available. The secretary routinely asks about the nature of your medical problem, so that our staff can gather the necessary test results in preparation for your visit.
